“The whole experience was fantastic. I was able to contact and let them know what the gift and order was for and they selected the perfect pieces to match. “Very pretty ring, unfortunately it says 925 authentic silver while after 3 days my finger is grey”

Thank you for your email. Really sorry to hear your finger is grey. This is not a complaint we receive from other customers. Our jewellery is .925 sterling silver & we are confident that it is of a good quality. All pieces over 7.8g, as per UK law, are sent to the assay office in Birmingham to be tested and hallmarked. We have never had any pieces rejected by the Assay Office. The ring you have bought is from a trusted supplier, who we buy larger pieces from that are tested by the Assay Office. One thought is that it may need a clean with a (silver) cloth as there may be some residue silver polish on there. Apologies if this is the case, it should have been polished thoroughly before being sent to you. If you would like to return the ring we will of course fully refund you. Best wishes, Heidi

“Beautiful, original earrings - bought as gifts. They were exactly as I had hoped they would be (from the pictures) in terms of size and finish. They haven't been worn yet so I don't know how sturdy they will be, but they seem pretty solid. Delivery was prompt and they were well packaged/protected for the post. Just one tiny criticism, the box for one set of earrings wasn't really big enough so they were a bit 'wedged in'. I'll have to re-package them before I give them to the lucky recipient. I will definitely be using Silver Bubble again and would recommend them to others.”

Thanks for leaving a lovely review, always so nice to hear from customers and receive feedback. Happy to hear you will back to our website! Sorry about the 'wedging in' of the earrings. We try to pack most of our orders to a certain thickness so that they fit a particular size requirement for Royal Mail post. We can then charge a cheaper set shipping charge to our customers. However, this is not always possible and it sounds like on this occasion the wrong judgement about the size of box to send the item in was made. Apologies.
