“Products are great, however this online store runs outdated version of Magento software, which allows hackers to steal customers data. To those customers, who read this review, please check your bank statements and if you notice a transaction which you do not recognise, speak to your bank. I have checked all my transactions, and the only online website where I made a purchase was through Silver Bubble. As a Business owner you confirmed that Magento is running version 2.3.2. The latest version is 2.3.5”

I am very concerned, confused and distressed that you make the accusation that hackers stole your customer data from use of our website. You are not correct in your statement that we use an outdated version of Magento, the website was recently revised and upgraded to the latest 2.3 version. I would be grateful if you could also supply me with more information & evidence about how you relate the hacking to our website. We have very strict security and protective measures in place, our customers' security is viewed very importantly and as an upmost priority. We have never received a similar accusation or been aware that use of our website exposes people to hackers. Best wishes, Heidi
