About Sign-Holders by Green Magic:

In 2025 Green Magic celebrates its 30th Birthday. Their Sign-Holders.co.uk online shop was established in 2007. Many years of experience are therefore at customers' disposal.

Over the past 30 years the business has grown to encompass display solutions for many sectors including retail, education, healthcare and hospitality.
Customers include hundreds of colleges and universities, major hotels and leisure groups as well as retailers ranging from High Street stores to garden centres (which is where it all began).

The business operates from 3 modern warehouse units on a business park in rural Hampshire supplying businesses of all sizes as well as private individuals.

Green Magic Co is family owned and run, with 3 generations actively involved in the day-to-day management of the business.

As an online business with secure bricks and mortar foundations the company remains committed to its customers, with new product launches and more innovative products in the pipeline.

“Helpful on the phone before buying online”

“I chose 'standard delivery' (3-5 days) for my order. After eight working days I had heard nothing and sent an email pointing this out. I received an immediate reply and apology, the order had been lost. It was reinstated and the goods arrived by courier two days later. I thanked the Sales Administrator for expediting delivery. While the loss of the order was regrettable, the response once this had been pointed out was excellent.”

“The goods on the website are offered at a reasonable price and there is quite an impressive range. Placing an online order is very simple and took only minutes. The goods all arrived very promptly and completely met my expectations. Overall, excellent service.”

“Great chalkboard and delivered insanely quickly which was fab. Downsides would be one of the hinges was bent so I need to ask for a replacement, the chain at the bottom stapled on rather than screwed and I’ve changed the chalk area for a chalk painted panel as I’m not a fan of the plastic style surface, I’m more of a traditional chalk painted surface. However impressed with the sturdiness of the product.”

“The website was easy to navigate and place an order. Was a little disappointed that it took longer for the order to arrive. Also that I was emaiing for delivery infomation, which I did eventually get. But comminication was good. Delivery was spilt in 2, which meant having to waste hours hanging around, as delivery time could not be more specific than "any time before 6.00 p.m." But putting the product together was easy and it look svery nice.”

“I ordered a free standing hand sanitiser dispenser from here and the service was quick, easy and arrived early. set up was slightly different to the instructions as i ordered an automatic and the holder originally supposed to come with a stamp. Everything included was perfect to help me fix it on and has been standing strong since. Great product, great service thank you”

“The website is easy enough to navigate, the frames I were after are not hidden away, the only thing I had trouble with was finding the double sided adhesive tape which required a search. The ordering process was very simple and straightforward and the service I have had since for a refund has been great.”
