About Sign-Holders by Green Magic:

In 2025 Green Magic celebrates its 30th Birthday. Their Sign-Holders.co.uk online shop was established in 2007. Many years of experience are therefore at customers' disposal.

Over the past 30 years the business has grown to encompass display solutions for many sectors including retail, education, healthcare and hospitality.
Customers include hundreds of colleges and universities, major hotels and leisure groups as well as retailers ranging from High Street stores to garden centres (which is where it all began).

The business operates from 3 modern warehouse units on a business park in rural Hampshire supplying businesses of all sizes as well as private individuals.

Green Magic Co is family owned and run, with 3 generations actively involved in the day-to-day management of the business.

As an online business with secure bricks and mortar foundations the company remains committed to its customers, with new product launches and more innovative products in the pipeline.

“Order placed 30th July and payment taken same day. I rang around 10 days later as I had not received the order only to be told eventually a part was out of stock. Strange as what I bought were 12 t-pot fixings with the A4 frames as they come as a set. So nothing that could be short- as they come as a set... Would have nice to have been informed of this ‘shortage’ which makes me think my order may have been forgotten about. Order received 24th August. Good product, delivery very slow!”

We agree this order took much longer to deliver than usual and we apologise for that. Unexpectedly we couldn't get hold of the special nylon washers used in this product from our normal supplier. We should have kept you informed while we resolved this - sorry about that!

“I am really happy with the service I received from you and the product but all of your good work is completely undone by opting to use the worst courier service in existence ‘Parcelforce’. They sent me a text saying the parcel ‘should’ arrive between 9:30-10:30am. It arrived at 2:30pm leaving me waiting round half the day.”

“Comparing the cost to others online I thought I was buying a pack of 4 fixings. I can't believe I only ordered 1 and paid over £3 for delivery. Now I have to start again and pay for another delivery!”

“Purchased 2 replacement Pavement Sign covers.... Both arrived after a few days and packaged well. Just a shame that one of the plastic covers had light scratches all over it. Not a major concern but figured that’s what you get for buying cheap. Just expected these to be New and undamaged if purchased from new. Never mind. Live and learn I guess....”

Thanks for the feedback and sorry you are disappointed. Our replacement covers are 'new' and should not arrive scratched. If the marks show when in use please let us know and we will gladly resend.

I'm sorry you thought the snap frames come with a glass cover, all snap frames have an anti-glare PET poster protector, as anything thicker would not allow the mitre corners to close. Regards, Hannah. Green Magic Sales Team.

“Whilst Green Magic have been excellent and swift with delivery, sadly their collection process has been extremely slow and although my fault in ordering incorrectly, I ahve now been waiting for over a week for the initial order to be collected and I have paid for this to be collected and returned to them.”

Sorry for the delay arranging a pick-up of the item you ordered by mistake - as we mentioned the person here who looks after collections was unexpectedly off sick for a few days. Thanks for your valuable feedback which has been noted. Regrettably it costs us the same to despatch a single long poster snap as it does to send a large quantity. So unfortunately for a few over-size products which cannot easily be sent by post, delivery can cost as much as the product - when purchased singly .

“When I placed the order, I clearly stated on the order that this was a business address and delivery had to be between Monday to Friday during normal office hours. So I was a bit annoyed to receive an email on a Friday, telling me they would arrive over the weekend ( a Bank Holiday weekend). In fact there were delays with the delivery, and they eventually arrived the next Thursday. All OK in the end, and goods are exactly what we wanted. Thank you.”

“The ordering system invited me to put specific delivery instructions about opening hours etc. We are closed Thursday so I put do not deliver on a Thursday. Guess what day they delivered....”

You are right and I am sorry. Usually we try to despatch orders the day they are placed but in this case it was dumb of us to despatch on Wednesday even though we did pass on the Closed on Thursday message to our courier.

“I ordered the items on Wednesday & the website said most orders were delivered within 2-3 days. You are not given the option to pay extra for overnight delivery. I called on Friday & asked if the orderd had been despatched as I needed it for Monday. I was told it was being packed as we spoke, for despatch that day & delivery on Monday. I called at 1.00pm on Monday as it had not arrived and was told it was due for delivery on Tuesday. Approximately 10 minutes after my call I received an email to say it had been despatched. It clearly had not been despatched on Friday as I was led to believe and therefore could not be used on the function as planned. Very disppointed.”
