“I ordered x4 V desk signs which I use in rental apartment in Spain to show the WiFi password etc. Was flying out on the Friday morning so needed them delivered no later than Thursday. Ordered late on Monday with Express/next day delivery expecting them to arrive Wednesday. Nothing arrived Wednesday or Thursday. So no idea where they are. Order #059607”

I totally understand your frustration! All I can find out today (Sunday) is that the parcel was despatched last Tuesday on a next day service via DPD who are normally very reliable. Unfortunately we won't be able to find out what went wrong or find a solution until after the bank holiday. We'll get in touch with you. Meanwhile our apologies.

“My order for my table top chalk boards came exactly when they should have. Unfortunately one of the chalk boards arrived slightly damaged. I emailed their Customer support team and a replacement chalk board arrived the very next day. It is their prompt handling of this problem that leads me to give them 5 stars. Fair play.”

“Great service, but I have had about 10 emails. Order has been received, Order has be placed, order has been dispatched, order will be there tomorrow, order will be with you today, order has been delivered, can you review!! lol Great to have confirmation but bit too many emails for my likening.”
