“Quality product but rubbish instructions? Said to use a screwdriver to open the sign from the outside? Actually fingers from the inside”

Thank you for your feedback David, I am glad you were happy with the product itself. In regards to the instructions, the screwdriver is only required to screw the opened frame to the wall. - Jess

“Machine is good. Well made. However it isn’t marked as automatic and that confuses the customers. Customer services was woeful when I contacted them. So good if not very clear machine and useless “customer service” which amounted to sort it yourself….”

Thank you for your feedback David, I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with our customer service. Our sanitiser dispensers have 'automatic' written on the front of them along with a graphic. I have tried to get in touch with you without success, to confirm this is the case with yours also.

“The website was easy to use, so I placed an order for several relate items. I opted for payment by pro-forma invoice - this was quite straightforward, and once the invoice was paid, shipment and delivery happened very quickly. Good communication throughout. “Website very good and easy to use . How ever feel the product I ordered was astronomically over priced for what it was .Normally I would of returned it as very disappointed but needed to display a window poster asap so haven’t been able to With postage as well turned out to be a very expensive purchase .”
