“This was my first order with Green Magic, I ordered 2 stands which were delivered to me at a reasonable postage rate within 2 days, they sent me an email to tell me the goods had been dispatched along with a tracking number, which is always a plus for me. When the goods arrived unfortunately one of them had been damaged in transit, but the situation was sorted immediately at no cost to me. I always think a company shows it's true colours in how they sort out a problem. Definitely will use Green Magic again and have already recommended them to others.”

“Placed order, received in good timebut found out I was missing parts, spoke to lady and she promptly replaced missing item. As I was assembling products, I found more missing parts! Disappointed to say the least. Spoke to a gentleman called Nigel (manager), who was less than helpful in providing a goodwill gesture for all the hassle from a simple order. Be aware of this company and double check everything recieved in good order.”

We supplied the missing components right away to rectify the shortage. However we politely declined this customer's request to have their next order free of charge by way of compensation.
