“Very useful. We cable tie them (with the metal stick) to Street Poles with 2 cable ties when advertising Community activities. So much better than tying soggy posters to trees. And stick them in the grass when advertising local Park events.”

“Product arrived in good time and was well packaged. As a first time user of this product a simple instruction sheet would have been helpful, I spent a few minutes trying to open the frame to discover, once I had re-visited the website, the hinge I was looking for was on the landscape edge not the portrait!”

“We saw that you have a 1-2 day delivery. After a week we called to be told that the system was faulty and our order had not been done. We were told it would be sent that day but we received it 4 days later. We emailed asking for a refund on our P&p which was quite steep but have heard nothing. Not good service at all.”

I am sorry this did indeed go wrong and we are refunding your delivery charge. Unfortunately we failed to spot a temporary system failure for a few hours over the Easter weekend and were not aware your order had slipped through the net. I do apologise for the delay which resulted.

“The product is excellent, however P&P is extortionate. It wasn't until I got to the checkout that I found that it was £8.50 for a £30 order. We use Hermes and for us to post these goods would have cost £2.70, the packaging was never anywhere near £5.80 worth. This is without doubt one way of pushing up the product price without appearing to do so. I will never use this company again!”

Thanks you for your feedback and I'm sorry the carriage cost worked out rather high for this package. I shall review the basis on which our website decided this order was not eligible for our lower postage rate.
