About Sign-Holders by Green Magic:

In 2025 Green Magic celebrates its 30th Birthday. Their Sign-Holders.co.uk online shop was established in 2007. Many years of experience are therefore at customers' disposal.

Over the past 30 years the business has grown to encompass display solutions for many sectors including retail, education, healthcare and hospitality.
Customers include hundreds of colleges and universities, major hotels and leisure groups as well as retailers ranging from High Street stores to garden centres (which is where it all began).

The business operates from 3 modern warehouse units on a business park in rural Hampshire supplying businesses of all sizes as well as private individuals.

Green Magic Co is family owned and run, with 3 generations actively involved in the day-to-day management of the business.

As an online business with secure bricks and mortar foundations the company remains committed to its customers, with new product launches and more innovative products in the pipeline.

“The sign is a little unwieldy to put up - it requires quite firm handling to extend it and pull over the little tabs. Once assembled it is robust and looks good.”

“Product arrived in good time and was well packaged. As a first time user of this product a simple instruction sheet would have been helpful, I spent a few minutes trying to open the frame to discover, once I had re-visited the website, the hinge I was looking for was on the landscape edge not the portrait!”

“The first order was great, but this tile the packing had broken so the tool to put it together was lost in transit. We had one fom the first order. Maybe taping the smaller packets to larger pieces may help Thanks again for a quick service”

We are sorry to hear that the assembly spanner was missing from the box. Usually they are taped to the base but it may have broken free. We were relieved to hear that you had kept the one from the previous order. Thanks for taking the trouble to let us know.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry you found our courier delivery cost high. Unfortunately we're not able to send 25 leaflet dispensers by our lower cost postal service for fear of breakage. I hope overall we provided value for money.

“Product Excellent value but delivery expensive especially when, against delivery instructions, parcel is left on front doorstep rather than round the back, leaving it on view to potential thieves and housebreakers whilst away”

“Although the back of this frame is a little flimsy, it does not detract from the high quality of the frame once it is fasten to the wall. The fixing screws, however, were loose inside the polythene bag containing the frame and therefore were free to move about during transport (surely they should have been packaged separately in the box?) . Fortunately they did not scratch my black gloss frame. Delivery was quick.”

Thanks very much for the feedback. As you rightly point out the mounting screws should not have been loose. This is quite unusual and we're investigating to avoid any reoccurrence.

“Great items which will enhance my mobile sales store wonderfully, thank you. Disappointed by Parcel Force - dispatched on 7th, received on 11th despite being described as 24 hour. The tracking showed it as out for delivery on 8th, and text had been sent. That was false. Text sent 11th. Delivered 11th.”

Thanks very much for the feedback which is much appreciated. I'm glad you liked the items purchased. I'm slightly puzzled why you were informed the goods left on 7th as the order was only placed late that afternoon (too late to catch the courier). The goods were despatched on Fri 8th and were delivered on Mon 11th which is their standard next working day service (described as Parcelforce 24h). I apologise if our communication was not clear on this occasion.
