“Poster frames were delivered promptly, was contacted by Parcelforce to confirm delivery time. The frames work very well with my cinema posters (1 sheets), ideal for regular rotation. The plastic clear covers are flimsy but do the job, one was slightly marked which shows against poster background. I would recommend the snap frames as a much cheaper option for framing any poster that does not have a high value. Will happily order from Sign Holders again.”

“I have ordered 8 of these lockable notice-boards for A1 sheets over the years. I have several comments. Clearly I think they are pretty good otherwise I wouldn't go on ordering them. But they all have tabs made of ferrous metal which rusts and dribbles rust and will eventually disintegrate before the rest. The seal design has changed - the first had spongy seals which leak water - the second had no seals at all and in fact are smaller than the others so the spare fronts overlap the screw holes!! - the third design has better seals though they do not all seal all the way round. I like the drain holes at the bottom and I think the holes two thirds on the latest are new and presumably to let air in??? You will soon have them perfect!!!”

Thanks for taking time to give us detailed feedback about waterproof snap frames. As you spotted the original foam seals were superseded by the improved extruded seals a few years ago. The drainage holes are a more recent addition. I tracked back and found that your April 2013 order was for 2 plain lockable (as opposed to waterproof lockable) snap frames - which would explain the absence of a seal and the misfit of the waterproof size replacement covers on that particular occasion. We've noted your other points and will see what else we can do to perfect this product! Thanks for your custom, Nigel Spelman

“Fantastic delivery service (arrived next day), but then it should be at the price! Whilst the sign holders are as described, I was surprised at how light and fragile they appear to be. They will be used in a Business environment so we'll have to wait and see how they hold up against regular use.”
