I ordered the items on Wednesday & the website said most orders were delivered within 2-3 days. You are not given the option to pay extra for overnight delivery. I called on Friday & asked if the orderd had been despatched as I needed it for Monday. I was told it was being packed as we spoke, for despatch that day & delivery on Monday. I called at 1.00pm on Monday as it had not arrived and was told it was due for delivery on Tuesday. Approximately 10 minutes after my call I received an email to say it had been despatched. It clearly had not been despatched on Friday as I was led to believe and therefore could not be used on the function as planned. Very disppointed.
