“I ordered this trolley for my 70 year old mum to replace her broken one. After looking at many different website I chose this as I assumed for the high price the quality was going to be a lot better than her previous one that cost less that £20 with free delivery. How wrong and disappointed was I .”

“HAD ONE OF THESE CHELSEA TROLLLEYS BEFORE AND, AS YOU CAN IMAGINE, I LOVE IT. VERY STURDY, NOT AT ALL LIKE THE OTHER FOUR-WHEELER TROLLIES. IN FACT, I STILL HAVE THE OLD ONE BUT MAYBE NOT FOR MUCH LONGER DUE TO WEAR AND TEAR - NOTHING LASTS FOREVER!”

“I was very disappointed that I was charged £8 for postage although it said it was free. I suspect it because you are one of the few companies who charge for delivering to Northern Ireland. I will be reluctant to use your website again.”

“This shopper folds neatly. I place it in a light plastic carrier while I go to town and round the shops. Then when I am getting my food shopping I take it out, pack it up and roll it to the bus and home. Seems well made and sturdy. Delivery was quick, thankyoy.”

“This Shopping Trolley is very Strong,Its worth paying a few more Pounds for this, especially with the 4 Wheels at the front as it steers perfectly.I am Disabled and I can get about nicely as its well balanced and having 6 Wheels you don`t have to feel the weight on your arms as you would with a 2 Wheel one. I would Highly Recommend this Shopping Trolley.”

“I did think the customer service was very good. I phoned a couple of times with instructions about what to do with my order if I was out. The woman I spoke to was extremely helpful and added the instructions to my shipment order. I did phone again to find out when my trolley would arrive and left a message on the company's answerphone. Someone phoned me back really quickly and then told me where my trolley was in the shipment process and when it was due to arrive. They also sent me a link so I could track it myself. They were extremely helpful. The trolley looks fab too! Would definitely recommend Shopping Trolleys Direct. I was very impressed. Jane Grove”
