“I ordered a shopping trolley from you after Christmas for my mother who is 92 years old and thought it would help her with her shopping which she is still able to do herself. I was really pleased to be able to have it delivered to her door as I live over 3 hours away in Devon. Unfortunately she used it for the first time this week and the wheel fell off and it has split and cannot be repaired. Can you advise me on what can be done about the situation, she really liked the trolley and was disappointed when this happened to her before she had even got to the supermarket.”

“We purchased a Kelly shopping trolley from you before Christmas to replace a very pavement worn Rolster which could not stand the weather. The new trolley is fine but has a weakness in that the top flap which is supposed to seal the 'bag' has no facility to keep it down and windy days of late have made it fly all over the place; until my wife put a loop on it that could take the main bag drawstrap. Tell the designer to improve it please!”
