“Am disappointed that its handle is not adjustable for people of different heights and arm lengths - but my fault for not appreciating this from your description.”

“The trolley is good and it was one that provided the right height. I could have done with instructions for assembling it as, though quite straight-forward when investigated (eg velcro panels), is important as if someone assembled it wrongly and it capsized in use that might cause an accident. I think you should include instructions as a safety precaution. It folds down well to go in a boot, but it is not so easy to carry when folded. But it does the job otherwise and is nicely finished.”

“My shopping trolley arrived safely and well packed, but on first use the strap that attaches to the frame began coming away. I managed to stitch it back and reinforced it, but that is a weakness that should be attended to as it is the only place that holds the bag to the frame. Apart from that I loved the owl pattern!”

“Size and price very good. However the only connection between bag and framework is by the strap over the handle and that is "secured" by a very short narrow piece of Velcro. First time used I Put a not very lge or heavy handbag inside trolley bag and immediately fell off framework. When I put modest amount of shopping in I had difficulty in getting it home. By using a series of lge boot laces I tied it to frame and then placed a lge old fashioned kilt pin through velcro to stop this from bursting open whenever even a little weight is placed in bag. Akso without the laces the bag swings free from framework since only held on by the strap over handle. Disappointing.”

“Delighted with the trolley. Very simple to fold up and light to carry. Wheels run very smoothly and I can get all my week’s shop from my main supermarket in the bag. Service was very good and the price was very competitive. I’ve just sold my car as part of Zero carbon footprint plan and this has really helped me.”

“Purchased my trolley and use it almost daily. There was a problem with a zip failing but the company (Kevin) couldn’t have been more helpful. A replacement bag was sent out to me and I’m really happy with it.”
