“I initially did not receive my order due to an unforseeable mix up. However this has all now been dealt with in an speedy and efficient manor. I was impressed by the member of staff I dealt with his handling if the situation. My order is now on its way, I would have no problem in recommending this company to family and friends....”

“The shopper I chose from your collection was the only one in the collection with the retractable handle which I was already familier with and loved, everything about my purchase was perfect for me in size, looks and quality, I am delighted, I will be sorry indeed if when I need to replace this it is no longer available. “Only found the web site on search when unable to get what I wanted in town and pleased that I did I was kept informed from the start as to when my new trolley would arrive it's has loads of room inside with a inside pocket and cool bag as extras too plenty for one persons weekly shop or family's dally shop very happy thank you”

“Excellent customer service: I ordered 4 replacement wheels for my mothers trusty Marketeer shopping trolley. Unfortunately 2 of the wheels would not latch properly on the axles as the outer bushes where overly tight. After making contact with Kevin at STD and clarifying the problem with couple of photos, he arranged for a replacement pair of wheels to be promptly dispatched, which duly arrived and fitted without a problem. For me a good service merit is not just when things go well but even more importantly when thing go wrong. Would not hesitate to recommend.”

“Very efficient and fast delivery and the price is right! You can pay by PalPal...I like that. Their website works perfectly. They use HERMES and you get an email that tells you when you order is coming. The Trolley wheels I ordered fitted my trolly well and I ordered another set for an older distressed trolley and rejuvinated that one as well! I am well pleased thank you. I would recommend and use again with no worries.”
