“Just to say I am not only delighted with the trolley,which was just as described,but the delivery service is EXCELLENT! It was unusual,but most helpful,to be able to keep track of the delivery van,and the timing was SUPERB I was told on line just when the van would be calling,and it came exactly as quoted.Furthermore the driver,Paul,was very pleasant,polite and helpful.Being an "old biddy" I hadn't used a delivery service via e.mail before,but I shall not be afraid to do so again.Thank you very much...I am,indeed a very satisfied customer!! “I made my first shopping trip with the trolley a few days ago and got 3 reusable shopping bags full in side. Also had one on each side of the handles. The only slight problem was because of the weight and the fact that I was pushing uphill the handle slid down a little lower that I had pre set them. otherwise very pleased. I got the blue one because black was out of stock. This one looks great”

“When I had problems with the website I received an email inviting me to 'phone. Kevin went 'over' and above' to help me to complete my order. I am now the proud owner of a Rolser trolley which is a very good quality. I'm thankful of the website instruction in connection with persons of 5' and under. I selected the Baby Rolser which is just right.”

“I chose to buy this particular trolley as it looked as if it would suit my needs to and fro my husband in hospital. My use of a walking stick to aid balance when walking, made the job impossible for taking clean clothes in and bringing used ones out. The trolley proved first class for this purpose, and will serve for ordinary shopping on other occasions. My recommendation is first class for all purposes of conveyance.”

“Lovely bag thought it would be very useful for aircraft and shopping.However the handle is not very long when extended so does not go far enough behind you and keeps catching on heels as you walk.”
