“I did have trouble order vouchers as it shoudo be clearer which is the restaruant voucher and which is the online shopping voucher if it needs to be seperate - why dont you do the same voucher to make it easier? The team were helpful though once I called - but a very confusiing website.”

“I’ve been going to Aribica since it first opened and it never disappoints. This evening I sat at the bar, met Omar, the bartender. He’s friendly, smiles easily, and is a great mixologist! He made me the perfect margarita! I’m from Los Angeles so I’m a little critical when it comes to the mixes and the measurements. He also helped me with the new items on the menu. (Try the grilled cauliflower. Delicious!) Can’t wait to go back.”

“We enjoyed the food: fantastic flavours, and appreciated the new ones. Zhoug with houmous was amazing! One of the plastic containers arrived broken, which was a pity, as we had to pick bits of plastic out of the lovely baba ganoush. But otherwise great. Thank you.”

“I had previously posted a negative review as my order didn't arrive on the Friday it was supposed to arrive. BUT Arabica's customer service went above and beyond. Not only I got the order on Saturday but they fully refunded me. Now they have a loyal customer for life. The food was EXCEPTIONAL (one of the little containers was broken but that didn't detract from the food) and I am already planning another party and Arabica is where I will order again”

“Delivery and containment of food while.in transit was good. The vine leaves were nice the moussaka and boregi was awful and we have thrown it away. Waste of money”

“It was a nice meal but unfortunately the butter bean dish was very smashed so had leaked within the box- this was odd as there was no damage to either the box or other dishes . Also it was very difficult to find the instructions. Also some of the dishes didn’t taste quite so freshly made as in previous orders. So sorry but not a rave review”

“Really disappointed with the short rib beef, came frozen- wasn’t expecting that and challenged some timings. But it was also, just too fatty. I know it is a fatty meat but this was bad, not enjoyable. The rest of the order was perfect as per usual.”

“Living in the wilds of Derbyshire we are short of interesting food delivery options so when someone recommended Arabica and said they delivered nationally I thought I would give them a try for my daughter's birthday. She is a vegan but there are many options including vegan feasts to order. The food arrived well packaged, properly kept chilled and had good instructions for heating. It was all absolutely delicious and made a really interesting change. Highly receommend. Free ddelivery over £75.”

“Our order was due to be delivered on Friday - but it didn't arrive until Saturday, unsurprisingly as storm eowyn hit and we had a red weather warning. Why it was still sent out when they knew the forecase I have no idea. There was no communication from Arabica, and when we evenutally got through to someone on the phone they promised to call back and didn't. No idea if we are ok to eat it or not. Last time we had it it was delicious!”
