“Thnaks for sending through the product. A quick note on 2 accounts: it was well-packaged to prevent the product being crushed, but perhaps didnt need so much packaging in this day and age of resources? Also, the dpd driver said he attempted to deliver. Strange. I was in all day as I was unwell, and no-one came to the door. It therefore meant I had to go to the local post office and queue for 1/2 hour to collect the parcel. Not quite door-to-door delivery service!”

“Nothing but incredibly positive things to say about Arabica London. My partner and I celebrated 2 years the other day. Living in the middle of the English countryside, we couldn’t find a lot of local vegan restaurants to make the occasion special. When we found Arabica London, I couldn’t believe the quality and abundance of options! It arrived the exact day it said it would. The instructions were straightforward and it didn’t take us more than 20 minutes to piece it together. We highly highly recommend! Thank you for providing such beautiful dishes and so many vegan options. This is an incredible service!”

“I live in Scotland and order the baklava from Arabica every couple of months. It’s the best, not too sweet and so buttery and crisp. Lasts well too, if it gets a chance! Also the khobez is lovely, hard to find up here so a rare treat. Ordering and delivery always reliable.”

“We ordered a vegan meal for 4 - it came well labeled and packed and even though one of the containers had been damaged in transit and leaked, it didn't ruin the enjoyment of our meal. From assembling the meal, playing the sound track and sharing the dishes, we all had a fabulous time and will happily do it again!”

“Food quality has changed! One of my boxes arrived damaged and the batata harra was spilt all inside the box. That dish tasted bland, but maybe because the oils have spilt? The rest was lovely. But this is the second time one of the plastic containers have broken. Still waiting for you to contact me about that!”

“Last night was our first visit to Arabica, BM and we will definitely be back and/or ordering online. The food was full of flavour and very tasty. The restaurant had a lovely relaxed feel about it and the staff were helpful and accommodating without being in your face.”

“We received a Mediterranean Meze meal kit on our return from holiday and it was a delicious treat providing a ray of sunshine in the dreary English weather. It was very.tasty and.easy to prepare with.minimal cooking and we decided to send one of the kits to some friends in need of cheering up. It arrived on the delivery date stated”

“Absolutely delicious! We had the vegan feast and it did not disappoint. Amazing flavours and plenty to do two meals. The food arrived on time, well packaged and the step by step assembly instructions were spot on. The playlist was an added bonus. Having each component in its own container obviously is a critical part of this way of delivering and be able to serve up restaurant quality food. If there were a way to not use plastic containers that would be good but on the flip side, they can be reused and I now have some handy pots for various ingredients in my larder and freezer. All in all I’d highly recommend. A great experience.”

“It’s a lovely idea. However, the quality of the food wasn’t great. It didn’t have much flavour and didn’t taste like the mezze that we’re used to. The baklava was nice.”

“The package arrived on time. Everything was well packed and the food was in good condition. The food was lovely - best meal kit we have had. I think you need to revise the online instructions. There were instructions for dishes we didn't have (that caused some confusion). The instructions for tabouleh didn't make sense. That aside, it was a brilliant success.”

“An unexpected disappointment. The dips were better than our local Waitrose fare but were not for a restaurant. The lamb moussaka lacked flavour and huge let down. The baklava on the other hand were spot on best of the lot. We visit the restaurant in Borough Market from time to time and the food actually wonderful. The delivery service use to be great, but gone down hill. I suggest either go back to maintaning resto quality in the delivery or stop it altogether for the sake of the brand name.”
