“Really happy with the product and the service in general. Would have apprieciated a knock on the door at delivery rather than just leaving the scaffold planks on the drive.”

“Website could be improved. Purchased an item, on the website it kept saying “order being processed”. So I called to ask what was happening to my order. The staff member wanted to contact the courier company to find out what was happening, and promised to call back after they had been in touch. But they didn’t call back, which was really disappointing. I then called back the next day and a different staff member again said they needed to contact the courier company and will call back later on. Thankfully they did call back, and provided tracking details via e-mail. The item arrived fairly quickly after.”

“Quick delivery of quality product. Although it is not zinc plated it is painted a nice green colour. The collar and pin are zinc plated though. Excellent product for our needs.”

“PSB great, DX delivery firm not great. Time slot too long asis between 7am & 6pm. Came on the right day but the packages in the lorry were tipped all over drive could not find our 8 big steel acrows so left saying he would come back later. Came back the next day and all was ok. Just thourght you might want to know”
