“Places an order, got confirmation of delivery via courier company DX, failed to deliver not once but twice ended up cancelling the order reason's unknown for failed delivery is everyone passing the buck even DX support claims the product was delivered, then wasn't sure, what a sham. Although I cancelled the order the DX driver finally turns turns up it's was a friend helping out to do deliveries, and refused to take it back as order cancelled.....or was the order not cancelled by the retailer....not sure if.i will use again....”

We are really sad to hear that you had a complicated and inconvenient experience with the delivery company. I know that our employee's worked into their evening to try and get this rectified for you. Sadly on this occasion the delivery company had let both yourself and us down. Your goods however were dispatched in under 2 hours from the order being placed. Goods were dispatched in perfect working order and once you had informed our employees that you wanted to cancel the order, you were refunded immediately. The above review therefore, we believe, is a review of the delivery company and not a fair review of the service you recieved from PSB Sales Ltd. PSB Sales Ltd constantly strive to provide a better than first class service. Unfortunately on this occasion, due to the delivery company, this was not upheld. Please accept our sincerist apologies on behalf of the delivery company in question for any inconvenience caused.

“Placed an order 14 days ago and heard nothing since, emailed to enquire and chase up and again no response or reply to either. Basic service just isn't a thing here.”

“Was an overnight delivery on Thursday... I was told they would arrive on Friday between 9.00am and 9pm... waited in all day and they never arrived.. not very happy as they were needed for Saturday morning... Had to send workers home today and come back Monday”
