“i purchased 2 acrow props and 2 propmate supports. they where great quality items. delivery and communication was fantastic, totally professional throughout whole transaction. a credit to online sellers, thanks.”

“I spent a long time trying to find a vendor of Acrows in or near the Peak District. Imagine my surprise to get a next day delivery from a company in Newton Abbot, almost 300 miles away! A major plus was the delivery charge - lower than the company who boast the lowest delivery charges in the UK. Then the prices were lower, too. If I need more scaff I know where to come.”

“Excellent customer service. My order was split for delivery which I was unaware of until the first part was delivered. A phone call to PSB confirmed this and I was promised a follow-up phone call the next day to confirm when the second part was to be delivered. I received a phone call promptly first thing and the delivery was completed that day. Well done and thank you.”

“I ordered 4 acrow props, which arrived following day....very good. Unfortunately the wrong size sent. One phone call and all sorted. Wrong ones collected next day, and correct ones delivered a day later. Apart from the error, a great service and great product. Defo recommend these guys.”

“Was an overnight delivery on Thursday... I was told they would arrive on Friday between 9.00am and 9pm... waited in all day and they never arrived.. not very happy as they were needed for Saturday morning... Had to send workers home today and come back Monday”
