“Easy to order, good price and very prompt delivery. However, I had ordered two number 01 acrow props and one arrived on it's own and the other the next day. This was a little frustrating as I had hoped to get the job done but had to wait until the next day to make a start.”

“I ordered 2 of the Acrow Floor Props, which came in 2 separate deliveries rather than together. Whilst I didn't pay anymore for the extra shipping, surely it would more efficient and environmentally friendly to have done this as a single delivery.”

“Received the order next day as stated. The packaging was ripped and in a poor condition. The dispatcher requires some training to improve their packaging technique. Small details such as these reveal how the company is managed in this area of their business.”
