“Overnight delivery took 3 days and tube was in poor condition. Looked very 2nd hand indeed.”

“I was notified that the goods were due for delivery on Friday and they did not arrive. Eventually arrived on the following Monday. I suggest you give your couriers a kick.”

“the size 0 Acrow props were not protectively wrapped other than the adjustment components. Consequently, they arrived with the paintwork scratched and the delivery labels, which were stuck directly to the paintwork, were damaged but luckily, legible. It would hav ebeen good to have received them in bubblewrap.”
