“Website could be improved. Purchased an item, on the website it kept saying “order being processed”. So I called to ask what was happening to my order. The staff member wanted to contact the courier company to find out what was happening, and promised to call back after they had been in touch. But they didn’t call back, which was really disappointing. I then called back the next day and a different staff member again said they needed to contact the courier company and will call back later on. Thankfully they did call back, and provided tracking details via e-mail. The item arrived fairly quickly after.”
