“I've brought this white and blue navy bag for myself and when I need to take my things and I'm not talking girly things like lipstick etc. I'm talking about business or college ideal, this bag is doing OK, I mean there is downside to it that it feels fake and not surprised how cheap it was. I would say £50 is not worth the hassle. If you can afford £50 for a bag, you certainly can afford £100 for decent quality leather bag. Another problem was the zip feel fake and plastic, it keeps coming off everytime I zip my bag up. I had to used the tool to close up the zip so it doesn't come off. When I first brought the bag, one day later the colour started to ware off.”

“Sent me the wrong size...telephone number just goes on divert. Returned goods but not reimbursement made...very poor customer service. I would like to withdraw my previous one star rating. Once they received my return of goods they reimbursed me. They were very apologetic and understood my frustration with their telephone system”

“I spotted a pair of cotswold sudgrove boots available on your website for £54.99. Much cheaper than elsewhere. Delivered over the weekend and boots look good.”

“My wife bought a pair of shoes from shoestation price and delivery were very good. However due to high front they did not fit. I sent them back and with in a few days full refund was in my bank. Only downfall had to pay to return item.”

“No problems and quick delivery of shoes ordered - my only suggestion for an improvement would be to have more filters available on the website to allow customers to reduce the number of items to scroll through. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.”

“I ordered the zipped Chelsea Boots in a tan however upon receipt found they were pull on boots. I checked the website and it did state “zipped”. I did contact customer services to let them know the information advertising was incorrect. Other than that the boots I received are good and fit well. Delivery was efficient and I got a quick response to my email.”
