“Cannot fault for delivery speed and how quickly they refund clothing returns. The only issue is that they do not answer the telephone and you are not able to leave messages. But they do respond to emails quickly so a positive feedback from me.”

“The shoes were just wanted and fit well& are comfortable. My only issue was delivery to my door. Initially it was either Tuesday or Wednesday which would have been fine. However it changed to Wednesday on Tuesday afternoon which was difficult as I had a health appointment on Wednesday 2which I didn't wish to miss,fortunately just as I left the house for the health appointment, the shoes were delivered and I was able to keep the appointment & also receive the shoes.”

“The boots were a little less warm than I had gathered from the picture online; so I did return them. Shoestation took a little time to respond to my email, but when they did I was quite satisfied with their response.”
