Ordered a pair of boots from you a size 9 but they are too big ...I always take a size 9 and have over ten pairs of size 9 in my house. They come up a very big size 9 and are unsuitable for me I now have to spend money sending them back. A very disappointed customer and for other people reading this beware of the sizing before you buy.

Unprofessional customer relations : no answer , just rings & then goes to an engaged dialling tone. I wanted to ask about the returns service as the label looks very inadequate with ni proper sticky label with out a barcode. I will not be using this company or site again.

Dire, No goods 10 days after ordering. No one answers the phone or live mesenger and emails take days to be answered. When you do get a response its just a palm off. Waiting for my refund but fully expect to need to instaigated a fraud claim and chargeback

Avoid using g this company You have to pay to return items if they don't fit... Steel toecap capped boots is going to cost me a fortune to return WONT BE USING AGAIN

Tried to return a faulty pair of boots and was told it was a fitting problem and I would need to pay the return postage. I have been the same size shoe since I was 14 so basically made out to be a liar. Emailed in 3 times then had to call. Was eventually sent a prepaid label. Never have I ever experienced this kind of behaviour from a company I have dealt with. I would avoid in future.

Very speedy dispatch however that’s where the positivity ends. Ordered size 10 pair of boots when they arrived the packaging said 10 but the boots themselves were enormous. I’ve written emails to show station to get the situation sorted and as of yet no reply. Quick to take money but after sales service extremely poor

Hi, Apologies for this, looking your parcel was dispatched on the same day and then had a delivery attempt on the next day, looking it states - "We missed you. Your driver Deyan won't be back today but you can still rearrange your delivery.", the item was then delivered the following day. Useless didn't receive item yet 10 days now automated useless customer care, will be contacting trading standards. Tried phoning several times no one there other than automated response.

Would never use this supplier ever again. Cost me £7.90 in postal charges for shoes that were so obviously undersized that I couldn't even get them on and had to return.
