The shoes I ordered were either wrongly labelled or made badly. I reached out to seek help and was told there was nothing that could be done. The shoes were crippling they were so small Very poor customer service

First order arrived, correct box, wrong shoes inside. Returned had to re order, correct shoes arrived but faulty

Without a doubt the worst safety shoes I've ever ordered. Zero ventilation and foot sweat after 10 minutes in 22 degree weather . Absolutely awful . So nad ive been driving in socks so I don't have to wear them at any given opportunity

This is my 3rd pair of boots I've bought from you , which I've always been very happy with, all the same models and all the same size so I don't understand why with my recent purchase that these were much to big yet are labelled up as size 8, so consequently I've now got the hassel of returning them.could they have been labelled up incorrectly?hence only 1 star

When ordered on line showered the picture of pair that I wanted in size I wanted but did not receive the item but a different one. Asked to be refunded postage for return and was not offered. Will not purchase from this website again.

Ordered ladies UK size 7 in a caterpillar work boot. 2 pairs of socks, one pair being a thick work sock, and they're massively too big. More like an 8 - 8.5. Returned at my cost for refund, I would say this is a case of significantly not as described. Ordered a pair of dewalt (my usual go to) UK 7, bob on fit from elsewhere. Would not order or recommend this site unless you're ordering something exactly as a like for like

Bought some slippers a size larger than my usual size and they are still rather tight! Had to put shoe stretchers in the to try and make them comfortable as they are very narrow.

Really disappointed - I didn't mind paying a premium for a quality product, but expected the same in customer service. Bought a pair of slippers in my normal size, but these were far too tight. Would have exchanged them for a bigger size, but then got caught with having to pay to return these on top of the original price. Decided to cut my losses and just return them. My family and I will not be using ShoeStation Direct again.

Ordered a pair of boots from you a size 9 but they are too big ...I always take a size 9 and have over ten pairs of size 9 in my house. They come up a very big size 9 and are unsuitable for me I now have to spend money sending them back. A very disappointed customer and for other people reading this beware of the sizing before you buy.

Unprofessional customer relations : no answer , just rings & then goes to an engaged dialling tone. I wanted to ask about the returns service as the label looks very inadequate with ni proper sticky label with out a barcode. I will not be using this company or site again.

Dire, No goods 10 days after ordering. No one answers the phone or live mesenger and emails take days to be answered. When you do get a response its just a palm off. Waiting for my refund but fully expect to need to instaigated a fraud claim and chargeback
