“I would give more stars, service was good but shoes are not that well made. They are big enough, which is good, the leather outer is good but the plastic liner is sharp enough to have cut my shins/ankles. I aim to see if I can chamfer them to take off the sharp edges. I aim to use your company again as you obviously have shoes for large feet, a rarity today.”

“Hi I am disable person and heart patient with serious illness. I was not told about the situation with the return of the shoes. I have to ask my nurse to help pay the returns. Please can you help me with the return prepaid label as soon as possible please.”

“Service and delivery very good.Unfortunately even though the size I ordered is the one that should fit me it was impossible for me to get my foot into the boot.As they do not sell the next size up I have had to return the boots at my own cost.”

“They are too heavy and I didn’t liked them at all. May be they are good for plant workers hut for construction personal, they are way too heavy. I am not satisfied with service as well as i want to return shoes but unable to do it. I kind find any return option. It also said that return will be on customer cost whoch is also big minus point in customer care.”

“Great Product. Although after filling in the billing address on online order form it does not show on the invoice. Made reimbursement difficult with the firm I work for. Why have billing address if not shown on the invoice and the office refused to alter this for me.”

“The supplied product was a good value BUT the size quoted as a EUR 43 (Size 9 UK) was the smallest size 9 I have come across. Could be the suppliers made them wrong as against Shoe Station. To return cost over £11.00 which if I bought it via Amazon would have been free..”

“1 Pair of Wellingtons, 1 pair of Chelsea style safety boots & 1 pair of slippers - all UK Size 9. The slippers were much too small and I have returned them for a refund - disappointing that despite ordering the correct size I have to pay for the postage. Will need to consider using in future as if sizing comes up different it will cost me to return”
