“Product arrived in a good time in decent packaging Only problem the shoe covers where over size from what is advertised so have had to return Have now had to loose money as a returns fee Maybe get your sizing correct as not right will not be ordering from this company again”

“Quick and easy at a reasonable price! I had been looking to replace an old set of JCB Backhoe saftey boots for a few months. I wanted a direct replacement and had a hard time finding the correct ones. When I found them on Shoe Station I check it over to insure they are the old style ones and not new ones. I was so disapointed when they arrived to see a new style set of boots. Becuase I needed them the next day I couldn't return them.”

“The items arrived promptly, but I had to report a problem. One of the shirts was advertised as Blue & Brown, but the shirt included no Brown at all, nor was Brown mentioned on the shirt's label. I therefore queried whether I had been sent the wrong shirt, and explained that the photo on the website showed 5 different-coloured shirts, meaning that purchasers cannot be sure what they are ordering. Samuel in the customer services department made it plain that he could not understand why I was less than satisfied - despite repeatedly explaining that I wanted an explanation, he kept telling me to return the shirt. I really didn't want the hassle, and decided to give up and keep it. I explained that the way that I'd been treated made me less likely to order from ShoeStation Direct again. I did not receive a reply.”

“Delivery on time. Good prices. The main problem I had was that the Caterpillar Threshold Hiker WP Mens Casual Lace Up Ankle Boots Item: CAT P725957 Threshold BLK EU42 although labelled as a UK8 EU 42 were actually nearer to UK10 in physical size. The Merrell Jungle Mocs wow also a UK8 and were a perfect fit and the same size physically as the other 2 pairs I own. I have returned them, been refunded for the original cost but not the return cost. I reported the issue to customer care but as yet have not received a reply.”

“Paid for 24 hour dispatch but not really worth it as delivery is still slow. Really nice boots but much bigger than stated and had to pay to return, no option to exchange although the refund was quick”

“Disappointed with length of laces, very short and wasnt offered another set of laces when requested. I felt I paid for a premium shoe, therefore better laces. Thank you.”

“Hi I am disable person and heart patient with serious illness. I was not told about the situation with the return of the shoes. I have to ask my nurse to help pay the returns. Please can you help me with the return prepaid label as soon as possible please.”

“Service and delivery very good.Unfortunately even though the size I ordered is the one that should fit me it was impossible for me to get my foot into the boot.As they do not sell the next size up I have had to return the boots at my own cost.”

“They are too heavy and I didn’t liked them at all. May be they are good for plant workers hut for construction personal, they are way too heavy. I am not satisfied with service as well as i want to return shoes but unable to do it. I kind find any return option. It also said that return will be on customer cost whoch is also big minus point in customer care.”
