“The buying process is fairly simple. The product I bought is what I wanted and delivery was okay(tracking wasn't great though). If you leave items in your basket you'll getting reminder/nag emails. Sorry not a fan of those.”

“I ordered a size 39 Hushpuppy sandals, but when I tried them on they were too small, more like a size 38... I think the company need to look at there sizes measures because it said 39, but that's incorrect. It's a shame as I liked them on they were very comfortable but my toes were hanging over... didn't want to reorder a bigger size just in case they didn't fit and I would loose my postage payment again. 😞 my of 4 stars is for the sandals being good quality...”

“Excellent responsive service, although the boots they sent me are lemons and are starting to fall apart after less than thirty miles of wear. Have requested a returns label and a full refund.”

“I found ShoeStation Direct to be an efficient On line store. The ordering system was easy to use and my order was dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately the product I ordered did not fit However, the returns process was easy to follow and my refund was soon back in my Bank.”
