“Had to return item due to incorrect description on website, but return of item was free (a prepaid label was issued) and refund was promptly issued, so no problem. Customer service was good. Would use again.”

“The boots orders are brilliant value for money. My only issue was the delivery where Royal Mail gave me a time slot which I waited in for then didn’t turn up but they then had the audacity to say they could not deliver as I wasn’t it’s”

“All very good but resent having to pay over £3 return postage when you can return for free on Amazon. Also I found there to be big inconsistencies on shoe sizes. Some are marked UK, some EU, and some just don't make sense. An altogether confusing experience.”
