“The Ultimate Run bra is superior to every other running bra I have tried and is the only bra I would wear for long runs as not only does it provide the necessary support but the placing of fasteners and adjusters minimises the potential for chaffing, which I don't find with many bras. The only things I would change are to remove the rubber logo at the front of the bra as this can flip over and chafe (I usually unpick it to remove it), and adoption of eco friendly fabrics and packaging.”

“I waited months for the Classic Shock Absorber bra to be in stock - in white and in my size. Having had these for years I was not disappointed when it was finally available and the two new ones I ordered arrived. Once I knew that they were available it was easy to order online and they arrived very swiftly - very carefully packaged. No other bra fits me quite as well and I would recommend them 100%. (Perhaps a good idea to proofread the email which arrived asking for this review!!)”

“A shame the flap at the back fastening isn’t a little longer as the hook and eyes catch a little, as I need to wear it on the largest fastening.”

“Comfortable and good support. I have had one before that I really liked. Buy a size slightly larger than your normal daytime bra. The Shockabsorber is quite tight and may shrink when washed.”

“I have bought Shock Absorber bras Instore in Debenhams before and been very satisfied. This was my first experience of buying a Shock Absorber bra online. I followed the fitting guidelines very carefully but ended up with a bra with cups that were far too small. I returned it but found it pretty annoying that I had to pay the postage, as I felt the fitting guidelines were at fault. It makes me hesitant to try ordering online again.”

“Quick delivery and satisfactory items. I wished I’d just stayed with my usual choice of the D+ Max Impact Bra however as the new one I tried which is supposedly for ‘extreme’ impact (Ultimate Run Bra) is far less supportive, however obviously once I’d realised that it was too late to return it.”

“My new bra is excellent. The only reason I haven't given Shock Absorber 5 stars is I found it really difficult to fit remotely. I did have to send back several, which cost the postage, although they were really quick in crediting the refunds.”

“Love the ultimate run bra! Only bra that reduces bounce and is comfortable. Bought one size too small so had to return. One star removed because you have to pay for a return but other than that this is a terrific product and absolutely worth the money if you're a runner.”
