“I have been using shock Absorber bras for years, I find them reliable strong and comfortable. These last 2 I ordered are new style and I returned one as it didn’t give me the support I’m accustomed to with the other Shock Absorber styles.”

“The product are still very good at what they do, but the sizing seems to have changed. I replaced a bra with an identical one, and found the new one quite tight. I did notice when I revisited the site the other day that there was a note that sizing was coming up small, with a recommendation to go up a band size. But I don't remember seeing that when I placed my order. Perhaps one for the suppliers. I will shop again, however.”

“The bras are good quality and comfortable. But especially with your sizing being a bit random. (Size up from your normal etc). It is a bit unfair to pay the return postage costs.”

“Multi-sports bra - Very firm support, ideal for walking, gym and cycling and as a second bra over my run bra for running, although it's not high enough in the front for running in by itself. I'd prefer it higher at the front even for cycling too though, as when leaning forward on a road bike, particularly using the drops, I feel the top of the cup is slightly too low, but the level of support is still excellent. I find the contest colour beading detail around the top under the armpit can rub the skin of the upper arm when running, which is why it's not quite as good for running in as the ultimate run bra, which doesn't have that beading detail so is flatter and smoother under the armpit. I'm not sure if this skin irritating feature is integral to the bra structure, but it looks decorative-only. If this bra didn't have that added layer under the armpit and came up a little higher at the front I'd give it five stars as the level of support is excellent.”

“I have used these particular bras for over 15 years. I am always loathed to replace them as they are so expensive. The only part that wears out is the back strap rings. I wish therr was a way to replace them. Great supportive bra, only wish more places stocked them”

“I have been using Shock Absorber Sports bras for many years, and found that they are the best Sports bras out there for larger ladies. I wear it when I am gardening, at work and for Pilates/Yoga. However, buying online has its draw backs when trying new styles or sizing up. It would be great if Shock Absorber offered Free Returns as many other Bra outlets do, which would encourage returning custom.”

“I am finding the band around my body too tight . I will try change it to a different size. I bought a 32C in ultimate padded running bra. They say it’s true to size, but I think it’s a bit too tight for me. They said to try a 34B, so the cup size will be similar.”

“I’ve worn your bras for years for running and think they are excellent. However I ordered 2 bras of the same size and 1 fits perfectly and the other is way too small and I have returned it. Seems a bit odd that 1 is so good and the other is way out in size? Still think they are great bras though!”

“The classic black bra style gives a very good support but not quite "no bounce" but the best I've found so far, still searching for a no bounce bra. Normally i order 34DD decided to go smaller this time to see if it would be a better fit and less bounce which it did ordered 34D. The white max cross over straps bra with adjustable straps, the material was very stretchy so naturally did not give the support I wanted. Complicated to get on too.”
