“I bought these for my daughter. She has been using Shock Absorber for some time and finds them very comfortable for running and whilst she is teaching maui Thai. I think the price is rather expensive though.”

“I have been buying the multi sports bra for a few years now in 30HH. To date it is the best sports bra I have tried. My only criticism is I could do with a couple more cm of coverage at the top of the cup.”

“I am an F cup so struggle to find a supportive workout bra. This bra is ok but needs more support across the top of the bust to minimise bounce. Also the band under the breast rolls under once I've had it on a while becoming a little uncomfortable.”

“Shock absorber is my go to sports bra, I just wish they were easier to get on. They do the job once on but it’s no mean feat trying to get it on. I’m a G cup so need the support just don’t enjoy my pre run work out x”

With the racerback clip, we would recommend fastening the clip before putting it on and then pulling the sports bra over your head (like a T-shirt), and then fastening the bottom hook and eye.
