“I bought the guzzler, fantastic size (950ml), especially when I’m out for a hike with the dog, there’s enough water for both of us. Customer service is absolutely fantastic, first one delivered had a dent in it, I emailed Shoreusable and they replied within 2 days to apologise and say they’d replace it, couldn’t ask for more. It would be nice if they made the Guzzlers with a patterned exterior rather then just plain. I’d definitely recommend their products and will purchase from them again.”

“The products are fantastic (and I have a lot of them). If there is ever a problem, and that is a rare thing in my experience, the staff are quick to resolve it and are lovely to deal with. I highly recommend SHO and its products.”

“Love my xl tumbler, I made some cold coffee at eight in the morning and it was still very cold twelve hours later. I had a bit of a problem with the lid for hot drinks but customer service were very good and sorted the problem promptly. I've bought several items from them and will definitely buy more”

“Your bottles will arrive so carefully wrapped in tissue paper, then it's own box! The customer service is 11/10 and the bottles are worth every penny! Keep drinks cold for hours! I bought one, it was amazing I had to buy another! If you are uming don't! Get one, you won't regret it!”

“I've bought loads of cheap water bottles work work, however some were easily broken, they just didn't keep my water cool for long or didn't have a decent sports water spout that was easily acceptable. I'd seen Sho bottles and didn't know what all the fuss was about.... then I got the Guzzler and LOVE it! Because my water is constantly cold I'm drinking more. The easy flip up spout never leaks and I can easily carry it around with the integrated handle..... so I purchased 2 food flasks as well! I'm a total convert.”

“Currently in Rhodes and its 36°. SHO 1l bottles are amazing. Into 36hrs since I filled them with cold water and it's still cold. Can't recommend highly enough. Now an essential in the suitcase and worth every square inch they take up.”

“So far, so good, I am very happy with mine, although I wish I had known I had to use the straws with the second lid I got but I soaked myself! It's fine now though! 🙂”

“I bought my first Sho bottle in 2017. It is still working perfectly even though I've dropped it from heights a few times. Been buying them ever since as presents for friends and family. You can also put ice cubes in them and it won't melt for hours.”

“I did a lot of research on a bottle that would keep my water cool. I found the guzzler and read some good reviews. On receipt of the bottle it had an imperfection on it and when contacting SHO about this I found the responses from SHO delayed and not welcoming. Shame as I can’t give the review I had hoped for. Maybe some customer training and quicker responses would be an improvement.”
