“Excellent service- three bits I had lost replaced and they replied very quickly when I realised I had ordered the wrong colour by mistake on my order for a present. They are definitely real listening people. My daughter really loves her new water bottle and its colour.”

“The calix cup was bought for my daughter, I was fed up with her borrowing mine. She works 30 miles away and the cup fits the cup holder perfectly. It keeps her hot chocolate hot until lunchtime. She is very happy with it and loves the Sage green colour.”

“I love the look and durable feel of the cup. It does keep your drink warm but my reason for the 3 stars is because the lid isn't screwed on. When I went on a trip out, I placed my cup in the side pouch of my back pack, unfortunately the bag slouched when on a table and the lid popped off, spilling the boiling contents all over the table, me and my bag. What a mess and very dangerous too. I really think the design of the lid needs to be altered to screw lid, especially when holding hot drinks. Its a shame because the cup itself is lovely in the black leopard print.”
