“My experience of buying from SHO has been positive. I bought on the 3 for 2 offer which made my purchases affordable. Delivery took about 2 weeks which wasn't too bad. I can't speak for customer service as I haven't needed to conact them”

“Why I even thought of purchasing anywhere else is beyond me , Bought a similar bottle for £14 , Took straight back for a full refund as it was awful , Ordered same night from SHO , Love my bottle , actually stays cold for 48 hours , Will not order from any other site going forward!!”

“sho products are awesome. my drink bottle on the first day of using it slipped out of my hand and dented in two places- i was heartbroken! kept my drink really cold whilst we had a heatwave just recently!”

“Love the Sho products which are great robust generally and do what they are supposed to do 🤷‍♂️ keep it hot or cold 👍🏻 Couple of items need improvement though especially the lid/top of the new guzzler!”

“Such a high quality bottle, keeps water cold for over 24 hours, excellent ergonomic design. For such a high quality product it's very reasonably priced. I'm so happy with my purchase. I'm drinking so much more water than I used to! But beware of the size - it's a big bottle!”

“I ordered 2 of the guzzlers (950ml). One for me and one for my wife’s birthday. We love them and carry them around with us each day. They keep us hydrated throughout the day and the water (or drink if choice) stays cool for hours. 🥰”

“Ellie is the best SHO happiness customer service person. Royal Mail totally cocked up my delivery and lost the top I ordered, then replaced the order and Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong address!!! Thanks to the gentleman who lives at that address I got my order but Ellie was the most accommodating person and ultra helpful. Also best products for cold and hot drinks”
