“I've now purchased 3 different items in a matter of a couple of weeks after being so impressed with the quickness in delivery, quality and style of the products ( I also just had to have the matching water flask and coffee cup in black leopard 😂) and the helpful/informative follow up emails! Now what's next....? 🤔”

“I now have four sho bottles/cups. The designs are really beautiful and the product works well. I had a slight issue with my first bottle but after an email to customer services it was resolved quickly.”

“Very disappointed in this product. Leaked everywhere while tucked in my arm walking to the car and then while in car. Requested a return and I’m told to video it…..like I’m lying! Dealing with enough right now after losing my dad so no, I won’t be videoing it. When told them that they just send care instructions. Absolute joke. Never experienced anything like it from any other company I’ve returned too. Shocking customer service. Cup is in the bin!!”

“I have an SHO water bottle which is very effective at keeping drinks cool when walking in the countryside. I also have a small food flask which is similarly efficient with hot food. The delivery was fast and the colours are perfect. The price is good compared to similar products I have looked at elsewhere.”

“Sadly, not a product for me. Didn’t fit in car cup holder, lid didn’t screw on so leaked easily and the drink hole was too large. Wanted to like it but it ended up in the bin after one use.”

“Disappointed, my mistake as didn't read the description properly. It isn't leak proof which makes it unsuitable for my use. Also find it uncomfortable to drink from as the slider hits your nose as you drink. My super market flask which is half the price is a better design and leak proof.”
