“Lovely designed water bottles and arrived quickly and beautifully packaged (could easily give a bottle as a gift) BUT Sho isn’t up front that the bottles can’t go in the dishwasher. This very important factor is hidden away on a back page and is not listed in the bottle description.”

“Fantastic bottles, we have a few and in different sizes/designs and they are all brilliant and keep drinks cold for absolutely ages. When I had a problem (which was our error) the customer service team were so helpful and I felt valued as a customer. Would thoroughly recommend SHO as their products and customer service are fantastic!”

“I love my SHO bottle I use it for hot and cold drinks. I take the lid off when using for hot drinks so it becomes like a cup and then use the top lid for when I use to drink cold water! I also have the food flask as well! Love both items!”
