“Bought a sports and regular bottle. Very happy with both, keeps water cool all day. Sports bottle is larger so encourages me to drink more, and the regular bottle is ideal for carrying about all day in my handbag. Customer service is very good. I ordered the wrong size to start and was refunded immediately.”

“I love my new SHO bottle. It's bright pink and that makes me smile every time I use it. It fairly brightens up the office as well. I think I'm drinking more water now because it's such a pleasure to use and probably the bright colour helps too :)”

“My order was delivered to the wrong address and I was told that as it wasn’t my fault I’d have a replacement order sent out. I’m still waiting for the replacement order to arrive.”

“My sho bottle is excellent. Classic shape, great colour, seals tight with no leaks and insulation is as expected. Sadly I purchased 3 of the bottle carabiners for this and two other bottles and on using the first on for a walk along the Thames in London it broke. Sho were excellent and replaced the carabiner but in comparison to some on the other metal clips I have at home the ones used by sho are much lighter in weight hinting a different type of metal used and I’ve used my own clips instead of the ones provided by sho. Apparently I’m The only person who’s noticed this but I’m concerned they are using a lesser metal for these clips and compromising their quality.”

“Absolutely love my new bottle. Hope my son will like his bigger bottle to though he's not getting it till Christmas. Love your products they are good quality love choices in colours, patterns etc. Very good customer service. I'd ordered the wrong coloured staw lid. Contact, return labels & correct lid within the week. Such great service. Totally recommend them.”

“Have several of the water bottles and have now added 3 sports bottles to the collection. These are really great sports bottles, the fact that you can put ice cubes in just makes them perfect for a hot Summer (hopefully). A good variety of colours means we all know which one we own without any arguments.”
