“I don't know why but I trusted the opinions that your thermoses are really good and I was disappointed because they don't keep the heat, the food gets cold very quickly, unfortunately I unnecessarily ordered 4 of them for the whole family and we tried them all and unfortunately we were disappointed I would gladly give them back to you”

“Lovely bottle, packaged beautifully arrived quickly. Loved the first one so much I bought another! Not used yet as bought as gifts. Am hoping they meet their claims to keep hot things hot and cold cold.”

“Have bought a few various things from SHO including the 2.0 bottle and matching straws, food flasks, and Calix bothas a gift and for myself. When there have been problems their customer service has been great and resolved issues/queries quickly with good communication and sending replacement parts if needed etc.”
