“Recently purchased a Limited Edition XL tumbler for my daughter which she loves and bought myself a 2.0 water bottle in Dusk blue so that I keep keep a water bottle upstairs. The straw lids are brilliant and would recommend if you are purchasing for kiddies as well as adults. My toddler grandson loves his dino bottles with the straw top and keeps hydrated at his play sessions.”

“I feel they have mis-sold the Calix cup.. The advertising shows people filling the cup straight from the kettle, making hot chocolate and then going off to the woods.. Nowhere in the adverts do they tell you that you have to wait at least 20 minutes before putting the lid on for the water to get cold enough to put the lid on.. They don’t honour the guarantee..”

Hello there, Thanks for your review and for your feedback! I'm sorry to hear that the Calix wasn't what you were expecting. Unfortunately, the steam from higher temperatures can cause the lid to lift a little which can then lead to leaking. We'd recommend either leaving the lid off until your drinks have cooled slightly or leave the slider open to act as a steam release to prevent this if you're intending on using boiling hot water inside the cup. This advice is available in our FAQ section, on the underside of the Slider Lid, and on the instructions card that comes with the product. Our Lifetime Guarantee covers faulty products and manufacturing defects. Unfortunately, it doesn't cover non-faulty products and user error. “Love it, it's so pretty. Pay day treat, already had the white one but the leopard print called to me. Much prefer the newer style lid, works well for nights at the ice rink.”
