“I've been getting from SHO for a number of years now and have a variety of bottles and accessories. So when I saw the new NEWT bottle I could see it would be perfect for me and it is. It is easy to take apart and clean properly as you can see in the photo. But another great thing is the rubber ring on the base. I'm often knocking bottle over/dropping them and this has helped me immensely keeping them sturdy and steady. I've always found SHO customer survive excellent although I've not needed it this time. SHO bottles don't leak and there's a variety of shapes and sizes.”

“In following the advice given by customer services (in response to my complaint about the lid becoming loose and not not working ) to just make sure the bottle lid was put together correctly the bottle has now been damaged as during one of the countless times of having to take it apart whilst full of water, which of course made my hands wet, I lost grip on the bottle which then slipped out of my hands to the concrete of the parking lot I was walking through. The bottle is now also badly dented, nearly priced through from a single drop, as well as constantly coming loose.”

“I have 4 different sho products and I love every single one. Quality is fantastic, keep things hot or cold for hours. Leak proof, just perfect. I recently ordered a bottle and ordered the wrong colour by mistake. I emailed Sho, and it was sorted out quickly and without any fuss. I would recommend this brand everytime”

“Very disappointed! On first use the straw stained with Robinsons orange juice that was in the bottle less than 6 hourse. I sent an email detailing what had happened and received a reply that i felt was fairly flippant detailing that juices can stain the straws and that all i needed to do was soak the straws in water and bicarbonate soda, which has had absolutely no effect. All in all i was disappointed with the response and don’t feel i particularly want to send my daughter to her first day at school with a water bottle that looks stained/dirty.”
