“I ordered my bottles & they seemed to arrive, beautifully packaged in no time at all. Such a good company with great products, loved the first bottle I bought so much that I immediately bought a second smaller one so whichever bag I use, I have a bottle which is just the right size to fit in it!”

“Shocking customer service, parcel was delivered to wrong address and trying to get a refund or replacement just feels like a delay technique with answering one email a day - still not received my product despite numerous emails. No phone number to speak to somebody. I'm going to the financial ombudsman to resolve and BBC spotlight to highlight the disgraceful customer service and to get a refund.”

“I absolutely love my XL tumbler I received a few days ago to add to my collection. Love the dusty rose colour, the lovely chunky handle, the soft non slip base, and the fact that it has 2 lids as well. It’s great to be able to put carbonated drinks in it when using the straw lid. As always true to Sho’s word it keeps my drinks cold for 24 hours. It’s perfect.”

“We bought this for my son and it has lasted throughout primary school. It has been lost many times but found its way back as engraved. It has been dropped a thousand times and survived. The huge dent was the last term adventure holiday. IT STILL DOESN’T LEAK! It’s been brilliant and we are about to replace as going into secondary school for aesthetics!”

“Amazing - I have 2 water bottles and I love them both, I’m on holiday in Greece with 31 degrees heat and my water bottle stays cold all day and night, my only wish is that I brought one for all my family as they are all jealous!”

“I ordered myself the ‘guzzler’ after a friend at work got a bottle from yourselves. Wow was I impressed with the quality of it. I love how it keeps my drinks super cold for hours and overnight. I’ll be ordering again 👍”
