“Beautiful design, not hot as advertised food is luke warm despite following the instructions. 10 hours is a massive over estimated time. It's warm at 4 hours and tepid by 5 hours. For the price I do expect better. Will not be ordering any other products from SHO Sorry!”

“Ordered for my daughters packed lunch and it’s brilliant, make her a hot lunch at 8 in the morning and at 1 it’s still hot . Just filled with a kettle of hot water before to pre heat and lasts most of the day. Easy to clean worth the money compared to cheaper ones I have bought over the years .”

“Overall pleased with our drinks flask. Bit disappointed in that it does leak, so it needs to be kept upright, however it does keep the drinks really warm for a long time.”

“I purchased 3 Pacto cups for us, the first one we used is faulty and the lid comes off. I’m trying to return it but the customer service is very difficult to deal with wanting videos of the liquid leaking out the cup, asking exactly what temperature I have the liquid at. I just wanted to have a good quality working flasks to have a hot drink and this has been going on for nearly a week with various questions to delay things. Even resorted to celotape the lid on so it wouldn’t pop off.”
