“I had great hopes for this product. It was beautifully packaged and I loved the plum colour. I’ve used it twice now and both times, far from being boiling hot soup, it was more lukewarm in temperature. I’ve put hot water in the flask beforehand and practically boiled the soup before filling the flask with it - with no success. I’m really disappointed that after 4 hours, it’s lukewarm rather than hot. I so wanted this to work as I typically go on 7 hr mountain hikes.”

“I'm unable to give a full review as the flask was bought as a gift for someone. I'm getting ready (early) for Christmas. But it looks a good flask, nice colour and well made. It's going to be a useful gift and I'm sure I'll be buying more from this company.”

“Love the steel sports flask, really good quality. Only thing is the straw, I bought a metal bottle to avoid plastic, but the straw is plastic, which is a real shame.”

“Recently I ordered a water bottle and a food flask. There was an issue with the food flask, so I contacted customer services and to be honest, they couldn't have been more helpful. I received a replacement food flask within a week and all is good. Great company to deal with and their customer service is as good as you'll get anywhere. Well done SHO.”

“Great product & good communication. I filled my new sho Guuzzler bottle with cold water & a few ice cubes & it was still cold 24 hours later. the Guzzler is a good size for taking with you for a day out or to work. The handle is really handy & the flip up straw makes it very easy to use on the go. The new range of colours are lovely too. It was so hard to choose! I'm really pleased with it.”
