“I have bought few SHO products over the years, either for my own or for gifts, and I am happy with the purchases. My last acquisition was a Calix with the sliding lid. The only thing is that it won’t keep my coffee warm as long as the metal lid did, but it stops from splashing on my bag.”

“The flasks themselves are super- I have 2 very happy daughters. Unfortunately the order was stolen before delivery (and before arrival with royal mail). On reporting to Sho this took a week and several emails to resolve, however a replacement was delivered. Due to how good the products are I would likely order from them again.”

We allow 5 working days on average from ordering for our orders to be delivered. 1-2 working days to process an order and then 2-3 working days for Royal Mail to deliver the orders. “Love the cup but disappointed as I misread the Information, and ended up with metal lid, rather than the lockable lid, which I wanted Obviously to buy the lid ill need to pay postage.”

Most of our Calix cups do now come with a matching Slider Lid but I can see that your one was from one of our older versions from our clearance section which do still contain the older Stainless Steel version. “Really pleased with product although wish it could hold a little more!. Kept my drink hot, as promised and feels nice to the touch. Great for work, at your desk! Not sure it’s worth the extra for the coloured lid rather than basic lid as it gives no benefit other than being a nice colour. Think you should use a courier other than Royal Mail though, one that uses a collection point rather than the recipient having to go to a sorting office with very limited opening times.”

“Bottle itself is lovely but i had it personalised and a bit disappointed at the size of the font. It’s hardly visible - didn’t want black so chose another colour which doesn’t show up much. May as well have saved some money and left it plain”

“Really enjoying using the Guzzler bottle. I’m drinking more water while not being intimidated by the size of the bottle. The only thing is some times when I put the drinking nozzle down it seems to trap some water, this then accumulates and causes the water to leak. It’s not a big problem but can be a bit annoying, but over all a great bottle.”

“We have a range of bottles that are all great as is the tumbler for hot drinks but unfortunately we are not getting on that well with the food flask it’s just not keeping food warm enough I think we got one that’s too big as it’s hard to fill it and if you don’t it doesn’t stay hot enough 😢”

“Took a while to get an update about shipping BUT so worth the wait as the bottle is PERFECT for my toddler. He is obsessed with fish and his new SHO bottle has helped him to drink out of a straw and encourage more fluid intake. Couldn't be more pleased with it”

“Love these flasks. Bought my hubby one for Christmas as he keeps stealing mine. Keep warm piping hot for hours. Only annoying thing is that the spork thing gets loose after lots of use and it won’t stay straight.”
