“My cup is great and keeps the coffee hot for hours. The only downside to the produce is getting the lid clean, the slider doesnt come off and therefore makes cleaning difficult”

“I bought the Pacto mug for my colleague as she has been admiring mine for so long! She absolutely loves it! I’ve bought a few of these now for my colleagues over the years and by stealth am converting the whole office to various SHO products!”

“SHO , Water bottle and flasks are outstanding. We use ours daily for gym,travel and at night by the bedside. I am off to Cape Town shortly and will be taking x2 for our flight and to stay hydrated in the sun. Like the way the drinks stay hot or cold for hours. As you can see by the picture we like to decorate them. To make them unique and personal. Pics to follow from Cape Town. Keep up the great work.”

“Bought this thermos based on reviews, first time soup was barely hot after 7 hours and I put it boiling hot in the thermos. Today I warmed thermos with hot water before putting boiling hot soup and after 6 hours at 120 it was warmish but not even hot. Won’t be using again!”

“I currently have 8 Sho products of differing sizes/colours/uses, and additional accessories, which I have purchased roughly over the last 8/9 years. The products absolutely hold up to their description on the website with regards to how efficiently they keep liquids hot or cold. I recall using my first purchase (Sho Original) in which I left cold water with ice in a car on a hot summer's day for a few hours and was pleasantly surprised when the ice remained. It also holds hot liquids well. The designs and colours are lovely and just when I think I really don't need any more, I find a new one that I want and subsequently buy! They do their job very well at encouraging me to stay hydrated. My partner has now also been hooked onto Sho after seeing me use mine a lot. I have only needed to contact customer services twice for advice with a product and they have been super quick and efficient with responding and solving my issue. I have not tried any other brands for thermal water bottles and would not do so as Sho seems great value for money and are true to their leakproof descriptions on the products that advertise this. Over the years I have recommended this brand to friends and one of them has also purchased from this company. I would happily continue to recommend Sho to others.”
