“Unfortunately I was unable to give a zero star review. Didn't keep my drink cold for more than a few hours. I genuinely think it was a waste of money...unless you like drinking warm water!”

“A bit pricey when no offers, but good products. The guzzler keeps drinks cold all day, pacto keeps drinks hot. Happy so far with my purchases.”

“i have now purchased 3x660ml bottles and also the 360ml pacto mug and i have got to say these keep the drinks cold for hours. we have just come back from bath and we carried our everywhere as they keep the drinks cold for so long. the mug i love because if fits under my Sage coffee machine and again keeps my coffee hot for a long time but at the same time its very light. would recommend these products”

“Apparently, I ordered the wrong drinks bottle. I was prepared to pay extra to have the item I wanted sent to me. I emailed twice just to be told I’d ordered the wrong item. All I wanted to do was pay extra to have a certain led.”

“Customer service and website were brilliant when buying the sports bottle. The bottle has met and exceeded all expectations. Rugged but ergonomically perfect. Keeps cold drinks chilled all day. I have been telling friends and recommending them to buy one.”

“We love the bottles, but the quality control could do with a review, we have 4 various SHO bottles/cups, and they all have faults, from split/sealed silicone parts that made the bottle impossible to drink from, and the press on lids for the cups leak. All that said customer service was quite good and replaced the split seal right away, still waiting for a reply about the others.”
