“They are always courteous and helpful on the phone and follow up speedily on queries. I chose Sheffield Mutual because they are a local ethical savings company. It is important to me that any savings I have are not invested in fossil fuel and other companies damaging our planet or in the arms trade.”

“The girl Megan listened to exactly what I wanted. Explained what it is and answered the queries that I asked. You can’t ask for any more than that. If every company done that they would have more business. 10/10”

“I dealt mainly with Bev, who was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The matter was dealt with very quickly and it was nice to experience personal service, instead of feeling like a number in a queue. Thankyou Bev for making my experience better and for explaining everything so thoroughly; would definitely recommend the company to others; attention to detail was very accurate and it’s nice to know that there are still companies that consider that important”

“We already had a savings account for granddaughter with Sheffield Mutual so decided to go with them for our grandson. The process was very easy and the advisor we spoke to was very helpful and thorough in explaining everything. Would highly recommend this company”

“Because i wanted a mutual company to deal with a savings plan for my granddaughter, and after surfing the net for what i wanted i hit upon Sheffield Mutual. The conversations i had were very clear and the understanding i got was also very clear. Its early days into my policy, but they are pretty good. JHT”

“I opened my first ever policy in 2017 and have always trusted Sheffield Mutual Friendly Society with my money because the staff are so helpful, supportive and friendly right from the beginning and have remained consistently so. My second policy taken out today was handled very professionally by Becky and then by Megan. I am happy with the quick service, the thoughtful questions and the support. I would like to mention also that I always thought you had to have hundreds of pounds to open a policy and this discouraged me from going ahead, but this is not the case, and Sheffield Mutual Friendly Society can advice on what policy you can start with and help you invest and grow what you have. I am really happy with the service.”
