“The website has worked well however they outsource their delivery and apparently this then doesn’t come on the agreed date… still awaiting the shed hence sitting in the middle… it could be great or terrible at this point, who knows.”

“The website was simple to navigate and provided lots of choice. Once I had selected my potting shed it was easy to select from the choices of base and colour. I was able to choose a date of delivery that suited me and now I can’t wait for it’s arrival.”

“The Web site as a pensioner is not quite as easy to navigate as it should be it was not easy to find the details of the timber base to suit the shed I picked Also I am sure there are many people requiring a different delivery location to one's own address . For example landlords requiring items for tenants or parents paying for their children's requirements. Why not have a space for alternative delivery address on the page.”

“I liked the layout of the website which was easy to navigate. I liked the layout which was the same for each shed. I would have liked confirmation on the payments page that the payee was Sixty Stores as this would have given me a bit more confidence when paying. It was quite slow refreshing the page when changing the filters on searches. (5-6 seconds) so wasn't clear if it had updated. I would also like more details on thickness of planking which makes quite a difference if you are choosing a shed sight unseen.”
